sitting on sidewalks
soft kisses dangle on broken streetlights
while chocolate-kissed lips
curse the reality
awaiting at home.

who cares
if we miss another train
alive in the night
we will conquer the streets.

hand in hand
love can crush
the world
us
leading the army.

one two
carefree and carefully
pretending to live
a life not ours.

oh, how easy it is
to love freely
and pretend fully.
