Lauren Diehlmann is Long Island born and raised without added hormones. She’s also minimally processed and cage-free. Lauren is heavily involved in the local music scene and can be seen singing with acts like Ghost Pressure, Ninja Tree House, and Unaware Wolf. 
 
When the mood strikes, Lauren will pick up a pen and write down her thoughts. Those thoughts may later transform into lyrics or more often nothing, being left unread until her death
